Phlox divaricata ‘Clouds of Perfume’ (Woodland Phlox)

This phlox variety is characterised by a long flowering period. It lives up to its name ‘Clouds of Perfume’ and exudes a pleasant scent reminiscent of honeysuckle, especially in the evening. Both flower and scent attract numerous bees, bumblebees and butterflies and make this perennial an important food source for insects. The woodland phlox likes it in the shade with well-drained soil, and it is also hardy.
