Sowing and caring for nasturtiums

Sow indoors between February and April. Place the seeds approximately 20 mm deep, keeping the soil warm and moist. Transplant outdoors once all risk of frost has passed. In late spring, it can also be sown directly into the garden bed. Requires a support structure. Perfect for beginners! Regular pruning will prolong the flowering period.

Harvest nasturtiums and cut them for a vase

Cut the flowers as they are just opening. They will last 7 to 10 days in a vase.
