Besides the classic spring flowers, I started and planted crown anemones (sometimes also called garden anemones) for the first time. My conclusion: I can no longer imagine an early summer garden without them. With their elegant blooms, they bring freshness and vibrancy to any garden design. They are not only extremely beautiful to look at, but also easy to care for and versatile. All varieties in our collection can be combined with each other.
We only buy our Italian anemones directly from reputable growers. I've personally verified the quality of the tubers in my own garden. They make ideal cut flowers and, if harvested correctly, last 7-10 days in a vase! Anemones tolerate frosts down to -5 degrees Celsius and can even overwinter in the garden in milder regions.
