Shipping methods
Germany
We always ship our orders climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen Plus.
For orders under 1 kg, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4,90; for orders over 1 kg, it's €5,90. If perennials are ordered, the shipping costs increase to €9,90. Delivery time for seeds and garden essentials is usually 2-4 days. For perennials, the delivery time is approximately 3-10 days. Please note: Delivery times for flower bulbs and dahlias are listed with the respective product.
Shipping costs are calculated based on postage and packaging. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed again on the order summary before you place your order. Should any delivery delays occur, we will of course notify you immediately by email.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can of course return it to us within the statutory 14-day cancellation period. Please send us an email beforehand to studio@joradahl.deto inform us about the return. The best way to do this is to use our sample cancellation form. Returns should be sent to Jora Dahl GmbH, Charlottenstr. 100, 14467 Potsdam.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
EU and Switzerland
Shipping costs to EU countries are as follows: up to 1 kg = €9,90, 1-5 kg = €15,90, 5-31 kg = €35,90. We deliver to the following countries: Austria, France, Italy
Shipping costs to Switzerland are as follows: up to 1 kg = €9,90, 1-5 kg = €25, 5-31 kg = €45. Please note that additional fees for customs duties, etc., may apply.

Shipping of perennials
Unfortunately, we can only ship perennials within Germany. As soon as a perennial is in your shopping cart and you enter a different country in the delivery address, your order will be blocked. Shipping costs generally increase to €9,90 when you order perennials. The perennials are shipped by our partner nursery. They are packaged to ensure they survive the journey safely. However, please make sure that they are unpacked, placed in the shade, and watered immediately upon delivery.

perennials
Stock is constantly being replenished as the plants regrow. However, the exact timeframe is unpredictable. Usually, almost all varieties, including the collections, are available again in the shop after a few weeks. Perennials are shipped during the planting season from March to November, excluding the summer break.
dahlias
Dahlias are always available during planting season, from the end of January until April.
Tulips and daffodils
Autumn onions will be available again from planting season onwards, starting in September.
Seeds
The new seed season always starts in October.
