Instructions for cancellation & Cancellation form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions, whereby consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can not be attributed primarily to their commercial or self-employed activities:

A. Cancellation policy

Right to cancel 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without the need to state any reason.

In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In the case of contracts for the delivery of data that is not on a physical data carrier that is produced and made available in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jora Dahl GmbH, Charlottenstr. 100, 14467 Potsdam, Germany, email: studio@joradahl.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), and repay immediately latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification has been received about your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be charged fees for this repayment.

You must return or hand over the goods to Jora Dahl GmbH, Charlottenstr. 100, 14467 Potsdam, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of revocation

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of digital content if we have started to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will start executing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired and you have confirmed your knowledge that If you give your consent at the beginning of the execution of the contract, you lose your right of withdrawal.

General information on returning goods

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components back to us. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
