In addition to the classic spring flowers, I have grown and planted crown anemones (sometimes also called garden anemones) for the first time. My conclusion: I can no longer imagine an early summer garden without them. With their elegant flowers, they bring freshness and vitality to any garden design. They are not only extremely beautiful to look at, but also easy to care for and versatile. All varieties in our collection can be combined with each other.
We only purchase Italian anemones directly from reputable growers. I have been able to see the quality of the tubers for myself in my own garden. They are ideal cut flowers and, when harvested correctly, will last 7-10 days in a vase! Anemones can tolerate frosts of up to -5 degrees and can even overwinter in beds in mild regions.
