Nectaroscordum siculum (Sicilian Honey Garlic)

I am not a big fan of allium, but this one is an absolute exception! Its colour spectrum is unique in the garden. The small bells of the perennial bulbous plant appear in caramel, green, violet and rosé. It tolerates drought well and the Sicilian Honey Garlic is a quite undemanding plant. Ideal for cutting and an absolute magnet for bumblebees.

Plant in groups of 2-3 plants 15cm deep in the soil in autumn or winter.
