Nigella papillosa ‘African Bride’ (Love-in-a-Mist)

Nigellas are very delicate and at the same time extremely robust cut flowers. Easy to sow, they last especially long in the vase. The capsule fruits can also be dried and used in flower arrangements. “African Bride” captivates with an elegant bloom in pure white.

Sow directly into the bed and cover lightly with soil, later singulate to 20 cm. Tolerates late frosts and can also be sown in early fall for the following year.
