Tulip ‘Apricot Impression’

The tulip ‘Apricot Impression’ was the absolute highlight in my garden this year. Although I have an aversion to too gaudy colours, this variety worked wonderfully. It glows an intense apricot red, has huge flowers, but never looks overbearing or kitschy. I would combine it with more subtle pastel shades and rhythmically scatter them individually throughout the garden.
