Scabiosa columbaria ‘Pink Mist’ (Small Scabious)

Small perennial, big effect: ‘Pink Mist’ blooms all summer until winter, if regularly cut off that which has faded. Fits well in the foreground together with Calamintha nepeta or Stipa tenuissima. The dove scabiosa is also an excellent insect pasture, magically attracting bees and butterflies.

Height/spacing: 30-40cm/30cm
Habitat: sun, normal to dry soil
Notes: tolerates drought

Plant singly or in small groups if possible.
