Aquilegia chrysantha ‘Yellow Queen’ (Columbine)

The columbine ‘Yellow Queen’ blooms in the most delicate lemon yellow, delightful in any early summer garden! Its flowers appear in large numbers from May to June and should not be cut off later: Columbines are short-lived, but will seed reliably in a suitable location. Yellow Queen’ is also ideal as a cut flower and can also bloom in pots on the balcony.

Habitat: Sun to partial shade, fresh soil
Notes: Short-lived, will germinate and wander through the garden for years. Simply place between perennials as an intersperser.
