The Fritillary is an absolute highlight in the spring garden: it impresses with its aubergine-coloured bell-shaped flowers on spikes. When in bloom, everything else is usually invisible – it catches everyone’s eye. Luckily, its flowering time starts a little earlier than that of the tulips. Also beautiful in the vase!
It does well in sandy, rocky soils and hot, dry garden areas. We recommend to dig it out after flowering and store the bulb until autumn. Plant 15 cm deep.
