Gardening is healthy – as long as it is done in a way that is easy on the back. Knee pads are a must for this. I found the most comfortable ones at the English manufacturer Bradleys. Super softly padded on the inside with recycled carpet remnants, handmade from robust cowhide on the outside and fitted with a comfortable, adjustable elastic band.
