Aquilegia vulgaris plena ‘Green Apples’ (Columbine)

This variety is one of the most beautiful of the columbine family. With its bell-like, green-white double flowers, it also makes a wonderful cut flower. The perennial tolerates frost well and is a bee pasture. If self-seeding is undesirable, it is essential to remove the flowers.

Height/spacing: 60-70cm/20-30cm
Position: sun to partial shade, normal to humic soil
Notes: impressive fruit & leaf decoration, cut flower, insect friendly

Plant singly or in small groups if possible.
