Deschampsia cespitosa ‘Goldschleier’ (Tussock Hairgrass )

A robust, native grass that brings a great soft-focus effect to the garden. With its widely overhanging growth and rich, golden-yellow flowers, the woodland smock is just as impressive planted among perennials as it is planted in masses. The latter looks very modern and goes well with new buildings.

Notes: water well in dry and sunny locations, tolerates partial shade excellently
